Return Policy
To return an item within our 60-day return window, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. If the packaging is missing or the item is not in its original condition, a fee for new packaging and possible depreciation may apply.
A proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number is required for returns. Contact us at hello@vindahlshome.com to start the return process.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before it is processed and shipped.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personally adapted products
Return conditions:
- The item must be returned in sellable condition with tags intact
- If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to test its function, a deduction may be made from the refund amount
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back
- The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:
- First check your bank account
- Contact your bank or card issuer
- If you still haven't received the refund, contact us at hello@vindahlshome.com
Replacements
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us at hello@vindahlshome.com if you need to exchange an item.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For returns of items over $75, we recommend tracked shipping
