Shipping Policy

At Vindahls, we partner with reliable shipping companies to ensure fast and secure delivery of your home decor products. We offer shipping to the USA, UK, Australia and Canada.

Payment & Verification

Payment is charged at the time of order placement and undergoes security checks to protect you from fraud. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which may affect delivery time.

Processing & Delivery

We aim to process your order within 2–5 business days and deliver within 5–10 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas and holidays) these times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if shipping insurance was not purchased. If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier for further assistance.

Address Changes

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of order. Once an order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address.
